LIT stands for something meaningful: Leaders in Training.

LIT is a description of who we are and what we want to increasingly become. We are LIT on fire to be passionate about God, to take God and his word seriously, to increasingly be LIT up by the personal call of Jesus in our lives and ministry. LIT denotes a passionate, thoughtful, and vibrant spirituality that we are willing to pursue. We not only desire this for our own lives but also for our peers who do not yet know and experience this vibrant spirituality. We are LIT for God and others.

LIT also captures the appropriate stage of life we find ourselves in. We are Leaders in Training. None of us have fully arrived as of yet but we are open to be trained and shaped. Also, we believe that leadership development is at the core of our ministry. So, in both senses we are a group of young adults who are LIT.

Current LIT Ministry

1) Bible study - Starting up soon!!

2) Periodic fun outings and activities to socialize and make new friends.

3) Ongoing opportunities to participate in the services and ministries of the church and community.
